Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We offer standard UK delivery that takes 3-6 business days from the date your order is processed. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT are processed the same day, while orders after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Q: What time do you process orders?
A: Our order processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed before this time are processed same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day (Monday to Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may become available in the future.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We use the following carriers for UK delivery: Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. The carrier used depends on your location and product size.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your parcel using the links provided or visit our Track Your Order page for direct carrier links.
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We may be able to modify it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact our support team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a label. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Q: What condition do items need to be in for return?
A: Items must be:
• Unused and in resaleable condition
• In original packaging
• With all accessories and documentation included
Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be returned.
Products & Ordering
Q: Are your products genuine?
A: Yes, absolutely! We source all products from authorized suppliers. We only sell genuine, authentic items. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
Q: Do you offer product warranties?
A: Warranty information varies by product. Most of our office furniture comes with manufacturer warranties (typically 1-5 years depending on the item). Please check individual product pages for warranty details, or contact us for more information.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You have 14 days from delivery to report damage.
